If the application does not display properly, please try the following steps.

The display is distorted or garbled.

First things to check:

If this happens to you

If the screen displays "An unknown error has occurred and the page cannot be displayed." and the error screen continues to be displayed after a while, please contact our support.

The screen keeps loading or goes blank.
