Assured are dedicated to constantly improving the quality of our services, and in line with this commitment, we are making important revisions to our security assessment process.
Revision Announcement:
Effective from January 25, 2024, at 17:00, we will be implementing changes to some of the content in our assessment items.
We understand that this update may require additional efforts on your part, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Revision Background:
The purpose of this revision is to clarify the intent of the choices through changes in question texts, answer choices, and adding remarks.
Points to Note Regarding the Questionnaire Revision:
Our service will be temporarily suspended from 17:00 to 19:00 on January 25, 2024. A maintenance screen will be displayed during this period.
Post-revision, editing responses will be temporarily unavailable while we migrate the response information. Viewing the assessment responses will still be accessible. The migration process may take several hours.
For responses that are currently in progress, re-answering some questions might be necessary due to these revisions.
Until all necessary re-answers for ongoing surveys and response masters are completed, requesting reviews will not be possible. We request that you complete the revised questions before requesting a review.
For already submitted response masters, there is no need for re-answers. However, for new assessment requests, all revised questions will need to be answered before requesting a review.
On user company screens and in the details of submitted assessment requests, the responses as submitted will be displayed. This also applies to shared checklist responses (including those shared via request acceptance forms).

Post-revision, you'll need to answer 7 new questions. Submissions are accepted only after these are answered.
Review for Early Submissions
Submissions made before 15:00 on January 18th (Thur.) will be reviewed by January 23rd (Tue.). If we have requested an additional information, please resubmit using the current format before the questions are revised.
Review for Submissions Made After January 18th
We will sequentially return the review results for the responses submitted after 15:00 on January 18th (Thur.) . Depending on the timing of your submission, it may be returned after the revision. (Also, if there are additional confirmation matters from us and you resubmit after 17:00 on January 25, 2024, you will required to respond to the revised assessment as well.)
