The security information you provide to Assured will not be disclosed to other companies without your explicit permission.
Here's how your responses will be handled:
1. Scope of Information Publication
On the Assured platform, only the "Service Name" and "Company Name" will be listed, indicating that a response history exists for your service. Any content of your answers will not be automatically published or shared.
2. Individual Disclosure Requests
When our client requests your information disclosure, Assured will contact you for each request. You will then have the opportunity to review the request and decide whether to share your answers or decline the disclosure.
To minimize your effort, you can reuse your previous response for these submissions. Assured will never disclose your answers without your confirmation.
If you prefer that even your service name not be listed on the platform, you can request that we do not publish it.
3. Answer Sharing Function
We also offer a paid feature that lets you share your responses and the questionnaire directly with your clients, even if they aren't Assured users. To view the shared information, recipients simply need to register for a free Assured user account. You can share in two ways: either by sending an email directly to your client's address or by creating a unique URL that you can post on your website to manage disclosure requests.
