(for Cloud Providers) How do I update my answers?

You can update your answers at any time, not just when responding to a request. After you update them, Assured will review your changes, and once approved, they'll be ready for disclosure.

Here's how to update your answers:

1. Log in to Assured: Visit the login page here: https://p.assured.jp/

2. Go to "Assessment List": Click the "Assessments" tab.

3. Select the Assessment: Choose the Assessment you wish to update.

4. Edit Your Answers: Click the "Edit Answer" button and make your changes.

5. Submit Answers for Review: Once you've edited and updated the content, click "Request Review" to submit your answers.

6. Assured Reviews: Our team at Assured will then review your updated answers.

Once the review is complete, any reports previously delivered to customers using that Assessment will automatically be updated with your latest information.

Please note that updating an Assessment will automatically apply those changes to all past Requests that used that master. If your service has changed and you need to differentiate it from previous responses, please create a new Assessment instead.
