(for Cloud Providers) Will service users be notified if I update my Assessment?

After you submit your Assessment by clicking "Request Review," our team at Assured will review the content. Once the review is complete, any reports previously delivered to your customers will automatically update to reflect the latest information.

Please note that updating an Assessment will automatically apply those changes to all past Requests that used that master. If your service has changed and you need to differentiate it from previous responses, please create a new Assessment instead.

If you're using the Shared Report feature and checked "Reflect answer updates" when you shared it, your updates will be visible in the shared report. However, please be aware that no notification will be sent to the users viewing the shared report when an update occurs.
